Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Section 1. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Personal Information, Address, Credit Card Information and other Payment Information.
Section 2.1 Content
Our Service allows you to submit photos, post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, photos or other material (“Content”). You consent UOL World Photo Awards to use the (“Content”) you submit, post, link, share or send. You consent UOL World Photo Awards the rights to use namely post and publish the (“Content”) you submit. By entering the competition, you grant UOL World Photo Awards and its partners an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to publish the photo(s) for any purpose directly connected with the competition.
Section 2.2. Number of Entries
A minimum of 100 Entries is required for UOL World Photo Awards to proceed. If, however, the minimum of Entries is not achieved on and after the Contest Deadline of the ‘scheduled Contest’, the ‘scheduled Contest’ cannot proceed and the Entries will be carried on to compete into the next ‘scheduled Contest’. UOL World Photo Awards cannot proceed until the minimum number of Entries is met.
Section 2.3 Claiming Award Prize
Awarded Winners will be notified of their Award Prize through email within 5 days from the Announcement Date. They must respond and claim their Award Prize within 30 days. Any unclaimed Award Prize will be added to the following year’s Contest’s Prize Pot.
Section 3. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by UOL World Photo Awards.
UOL World Photo Awards has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that UOL World Photo Awards shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Section 4. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
